Trompe l'oeil is achieved using the two processes of painting and photographing. It creates two-dimensional flattened image. Meade has integrated her painted models within the space of 3D that surrounds the models. Their interaction and the created environment can be achieved. The result is a blurring of the lines between painting, photography and installation.
